Overview

The mission of the Code Enforcement Division is to provide a fair and expeditious process to enforce the City’s zoning and technical codes and to correct violations in a manner with all the procedures, requirements, and remedies provided for in Chapter 162 of the Florida Statutes.

The City has retained the services of Thomas Ansbro to serve as Special Magistrate. The enforcement procedure is the same as the Code Enforcement Board.
