Mobile Food Vendor/Food Truck Requirements

Please email your name, business name, and the documents listed below to ParklandEvents@CityofParkland.org.

  1. Complete a Mobile Food Vendor Fire Inspection by the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department (call to set up an appointment 954.346.1396)
    • If you do not need an inspection, you must receive approval from the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department.
    • If you received a fire inspection from another city, you still need to receive final approval from the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department.
  2. Certificate of Insurance (COI).View more information on Certificate of Insurance requirements here or see details below.
    • Certificate Holder: City of Parkland 6600 N University Drive, Parkland, FL 33067
    • Description Box: Statement must read, "The City of Parkland is additionally insured."
  3. Updated DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation - Division of Hotels and Restaurants)
  4. Updated Business Tax Receipt
