Special Events

The City of Parkland Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of special events throughout the year for residents. Events include: one of Broward County’s largest Farmers’ Market, Halloween Festival, Movies in the Park, Snowfest, Community Carnival and a variety of others. 

Some events will require residents to register in advance. Residents can register at the P-REC or online through WebTrac.

This division also is responsible for processing and coordinating special event permits for local organizations and groups that want to host their own event in the City of Parkland.
