About the City of Parkland Advisory Boards

The City Commission appoints members to the Advisory Boards. A City Advisory Board typically consists of five to nine citizens interested in volunteering their time and expertise to provide assistance and/or recommendations to the City Commission. Advisory Board participation is an excellent way for Parkland residents to offer advice to the City Commission and the City Administration on municipal policies and issues.
