Retiring a U.S. Flag at City Hall

Retired Flag Drop-Off and Pick Up at Parkland City Hall

Residents of Parkland can now utilize Luxer One lockers for convenient retired flag drop-offs.

Directions to the Luxer One lockers: When you arrive at City of Parkland City Hall, park in the side lot to the right of the City Hall entrance. The gray Luxer lockers are located along the wall and visible from the parking lot. 

For drop-offs, please follow the following steps:

  1. Select “Carriers” on the iPad to begin drop-off.
  2. Enter the Retired Flag Carrier Code; 6600

  3. Select “Input recipient” on the left side of the screen.
  4. Type in “Flag Retirement”

  5. Take a photo of the flag and hit “save label”.

  6. Select “large” for locker to place the flag in.

  7. Place flag in locker and don’t forget to shut the door.
