Commissioner Jordan Isrow (District 2)

Jordan was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida where he attended Pine Crest School. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising, and then went on to receive his Juris Doctor and MBA Degrees from the University of Miami.

After school, Jordan moved to New York City and worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Social Justice Division of the office’s Litigation Bureau. While working in New York, he met his wife Jessica, who was from Parkland and in the midst of completing an externship in New York for her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. They eventually made the decision to move back home to South Florida together after Jordan accepted a job practicing complex business litigation at a reputable firm in Fort Lauderdale.

In addition to being nominated as an Up and Comer Honoree by Florida Legal Elite™, and a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine, Jordan has also received the distinguished AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell – the highest peer rating standard given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.

Jordan currently serves as the General Counsel of global cosmetics manufacturer, Oxygen Development, where he sits on the company’s Executive Committee and is responsible for all legal, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives throughout the organization.

Throughout his career, Jordan has been actively involved in several charities such as Jewish Federation of Broward County, Fashion Funds the Cure, SOS Children’s Villages, N.I.C.K.’s Camp, Experience Camps, and Parkland Cares, and has served on a myriad of boards and host committees to help raise funds for those in need.

Jordan and Jessica live in Watercrest with their son, Parker, and daughter, Maya. And when he’s not working, Jordan enjoys golfing, playing tennis, movies, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his kids.
