Sahaja meditation is a simple, time-honored meditation that reduces stress and increases wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. Anyone can do it, and no equipment is necessary as this is done sitting comfortably in a chair. Apurva Puranik, a Sahaja Yoga Meditation practitioner since 2005, will lead this session. Parkland Library Card required to register.
