The Parkland Library now has Britannica Library access available for library patrons.

Britannica Library is the go-to reference resource for all ages. With three sites in one, patrons can conduct research, work on special projects, or explore their unique interests. Trust Britannica Library as a reliable source with objective, fact-check, and unbiased content that is written by experts and vetted through rigorous editorial process. 

Users can switch between three reading levels on each article, listen to article read aloud, and use Merriam-Webster’s double click dictionary to learn definitions and hear pronunciations. Articles can also be translated into over 80 languages.

Britannica Library Young Adult encourages independent learning with access to multimedia content and the ability to toggle between reading levels.
