Miss Jana, a certified Baby & Toddler Yoga teacher with a master’s in education, artfully uses music, movement, stories, and play to develop body spatial awareness, motor skills, and linguistic expression. Participation in toddler yoga also encourages curiosity, independence, and social relationships. Children will engage in singing, dancing, fun play with props (parachutes, tunnels, puppets, bubbles, etc.), sensory play, and story time.
