The mission of Code Compliance is to educate residents and enforce the codes of the City of Parkland. Code Compliance provides a fair and expeditious process to ensure compliance with the City’s zoning and technical codes and to correct violations in accordance with all the procedures, requirements and remedies provided for in Chapter 162, Florida Statues.
The City has retained the services of Michael Cirullo, Jr. to serve as Special Magistrate. Special Magistrate Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month in the City Hall Commission Chambers at 9:00 a.m.
