Teach your child the beginning skills of yoga and mindfulness while having a great time nurturing your connection with your child and meeting other parents! This class will promote gross motor skills, body awareness, language development, and breathing techniques that teach relaxation and self-control. Quality time together as a family can be challenging in this busy day and age, and family yoga offers a unique opportunity to create lasting parent and child memories while doing something that’s extremely beneficial to the body, heart and mind.
