The City of Parkland, Florida will receive Proposals for the purpose of establishing a Contract to serve as an independent Contractor for the City of Parkland (City) for the Amphitheater Sound and Light Project at Pine Trails Park.
Sealed Proposals will be received at the City of Parkland, City Hall 6600 University Drive, Parkland, Florida, 33067, until January 7, 2013 @ 10:00 am local time, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All Proposers or their representatives are invited to be present. The Proposals shall be delivered and addressed to the City of Parkland, Attn: City Clerk's Office, 6600 University Drive, Parkland, Florida 33067 and shall be labeled "SEALED PROPOSAL FOR PINE TRAILS PARK AMPHITHEATER SOUND AND LIGHT-REP # 2012-28 " and include the Proposer's return address. Proposers must submit one (1) identified original, one (1) electronic, plus five (5) copies of the proposal including any attachments. The proposal shall be signed by a representative who is authorized to contractually bind the Proposer.
A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Monday December 17, 2012 at 11:00AM, City of Parkland City Hall, 6600 University Drive, Parkland FL 33067. All Proposers planning to submit a proposal are required to attend this meeting. Proposals from those who have failed to attend the pre-proposal conference will not be opened.
Any Proposer who wishes his proposal to be considered is responsible for making certain that his proposal is received in the City by the proper time. No oral, telegraphic, electronic, facsimile, or telephonic Proposals or modifications will be considered unless specified. Proposals received after the scheduled Proposal Submittal Deadline will be returned unopened. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to see that any proposal submitted shall have sufficient time to be received by the City before the Proposal Submittal Deadline. Late Proposals will be returned to the Proposer unopened.
