You can request an inspection using the eTRAKiT website. The system requires all users to create an account for access to the system.
The permit card posted on the job site is your record of inspection approvals. If an inspection is not approved, the inspector leaves a “red tag” on the permit board. Your duplicate copy of this document lists code sections and a brief description of the violation(s). You can also go to www.cityofparkland.org/epermit and sign up as a public user. There you can search the results of an inspection.
Either you can cancel the inspection the day before using the eTRAKiT system, or call the inspector between 7:30 - 8:00 A.M. the day of the inspection at 954.753.5447.
Inspectors can be reached at the Building Division telephone number 954.753.5447 between 7:30 and 8:00 A.M., and are available to discuss questions you may have, or to make a specific appointment for a scheduled inspection.
