Wellness activities have been proven to reduce stress and increase positive affect after experiencing trauma. At Eagles’ Haven, we offer an array of wellness classes, including rock painting, which assists with developing unique designs while promoting relaxation, community connection, and creativity. Rocks painted are donated to memorial gardens in the community. Dr. Halle Solomon is the Assistant Program Director at Eagles’ Haven. Parkland Library card required to register.
