Palm Trees

The Approved Palm Tree List is a resource for your landscaping needs. Palms in italics may be used on a one-for-one basis to meet minimum on-site requirements. Palms not in bold font shall be planted in groups of three to meet minimum on-site requirements.

Shrubs

The Approved Shrub List is available for viewing. A minimum of 40% of the required shrubs per lot must be of native species. A designation of (H) by a species indicates that the species may be used to satisfy minimum landscape requirements for hedge material.
