Occupational Licensing

The Occupational Licensing Division ensures that all persons conducting business within the city limits are licensed and have proper documentation supporting their businesses. Occupational Licenses issued by the City are valid from October 1st to September 30th.

Upcoming Meetings

The Planning and Zoning Board meets the second Thursday every month at 7:00 PM at City Hall. Occasionally, there are additional meetings during the month regarding special issues. Meeting dates are subject to change. [Schedule]

The Development Review Committee ensures that development requests are processed with a minimum amount of delay, and that applicants are kept advised as to the status of their project. DRC meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 10:00 AM. in the City Hall Conference Room. The City requires a minimum of four weeks to review the initial submittal.
