Among the numerous delicacies are the daily baked New York bagels that are crusty outside and soft inside. The scrumptious tuna salad contains cranberries, lemon and dill, and the chicken salad hints of added almonds, dill and grapes. The display cases feature an array of freshly carved turkey, corned beef, hard and soft salami, roast beef and more. Additional palatable choices are hot and cold wraps, some of which are Great Greek, Roasted Veggie, Thai Chicken, Turkey Cobb, etc., as well as a vast selection of spreads and smoked fish. A variety of salads, soups and fruit smoothies complete the hearty and satisfying menu.

The owner, an 18 year Parkland resident, has brought to Parkland his vast experience from his established other location in Delray and from many years of experience in his family’s renowned Bloom’s Kosher Catering and Bloom’s Deli in Michigan.
