About Us: Our City currently employs approximately 80 full time and 75 part time staff members. The Human Resource Department is committed to hiring, compensating and developing the City’s workforce. We are responsible for recruitment, orientation, compensation, benefits, class specifications, development and training of employees.

Our goal is to develop and maintain staff members who are able to service the residents of Parkland effectively and efficiently.
