Coral Springs / Parkland Road Runners Club
The Coral Springs Parkland Road Runners Club was established in November 2000 and became a member of the Road Runners Club of America in July 2001. They meet regularly for fun runs, marathon training, track workouts, local races, youth programs and family and social get-togethers. Parkland Boot Camp
New outdoor fitness program. Combines a cardiovascular and anaerobic workout. Strength training, short distance running, calesthenics, sprints, muscle conditioning and body toning combined. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 9:30 AM at Pine Trails Park.
$10 per class, $75 for 10 classes, or $150 for 8 weeks of unlimited classes. All classes are 45 minutes. All fitness levels accommodated. Call (954) 661-1185 for more information or join us at one of the classes.
