Horse Shows: Parkland Horseman's Association

The Parkland Horseman’s Association is a non-profit organization, established in the late 1970’s to promote riding, showing, good horsemanship and fun. From its’ beginning of just over approximately 25 members, the club has grown to over 300 members today. In addition to shows, PHA provides education through guest lecturers and clinics’ participating in trail rides and works towards preserving green space for the benefit of horseman and non-horseman alike. For more information please visit the PHA website at http://www.parklandhorsemans.com.

Open shows attract riders from throughout Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties and the organization works hard to provide a pleasant, well run circuit. Volunteers run the Parkland Horseman’s Association. Anyone that would like to become a volunteer can call (954) 346-1412 for more information.

The Association reminds motorists to always be observant for horses and riders throughout the City. Please slow down when passing horses and do so as quietly as possible.
