Preseason Speed and Agility Program (For Ages 8-18)
Accelerate Training
offers a series of sport specific programs tailored to youth athletes. Each
program is designed to accelerate the player’s speed, agility and
power pertaining to a particular sport. Athletes are grouped by age with
a minimum of one instructor per ten participants. In a non-competitive environment
each player is challenged individually and no one gets left out. Players
work through a series of unique exercises that focus on injury prevention,
flexibility, speed and overall athletic development. The result is a stronger,
faster, and safer athlete. Accelerate training is owned and operated by
two certified fitness instructors who have extensive backgrounds in functional
training, and are available for private fitness training for both youth
