My Safe Florida Program For Hurricane Damage

The My Safe Florida Home Program helps Florida homeowners learn how to best protect their families and homes from hurricane damage. This State program gives free wind inspections to Florida homeowners with site-built, single family homes. Many Floridians are eligible for insurance discounts without making a single improvement. This program is a free, no strings attached program that can help Broward County residences harden their homes against hurricane damage. Additionally, acme homeowners may be eligible for a matching grant up to $5,000 to make the recommended improvements.
