The Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office is increasing its community outreach efforts throughout the County. The City of Parkland is pleased to offer its residents the convenience of filing locally for Homestead Exemption on specified dates in 2008 in the City Hall Conference Room, 6600 University Drive, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The 2008 schedule is MON Jun. 23rd; MON Aug. 25th; MON Oct. 27th; MON Dec. 8th from to 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at City Hall.

BCPA also sends an outreach team to the Northwest Regional Library at 3151 University Drive on the second Wednesday of every month. We are there from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The library is on the east side of University Drive just south of Sample Road.

Applicants must bring a Florida driver's license or ID card; a Broward voter registration or a declaration of domicile; Social Security numbers of all owners; and a copy of the recorded deed or a copy of a tax bill. Resident immigrants must bring a permanent resident green card or proof of asylum.
