The Parkland/Coconut
Creek Health Fair will hold its 8th annual event Sunday February 10, 2008
from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Carl’s Furniture Store (SE corner Rte.
441/7 and Hillsboro Blvd.) . This is a unique opportunity for anyone who
has been putting off seeing a doctor to take advantage of this free testing
program. Early detection and awareness are the keys to good health. Early
treatment of medical conditions is the least expensive health insurance.
Again this year Park
Creek Surgery Center, LLLP and Diagnostic Professionals, Inc. have agreed
to combine efforts with the Parkland Health Fair. Both of these organizations
currently lease space in the Carl's Furniture building and will be conducting
open houses on this date in conjunction with the event. They have also
been generous benefactors of the Parkland Health Fair.
This year's event
will again feature an array of free medical testing.
The coordinators
of this event, Dr. Leo A. Gosser and his wife Marie Muna, co-founders
of this unique venture, are seeking qualified health care volunteers from
the local health care community. Physicians and nurses are especially
needed to make this event successful. Local health care providers who
wish to be represented at a booth may request an application. In addition
to providing a valuable humanitarian service, participation provides excellent
exposure to the community. Anyone interested in helping with this project

Companies and /or
individuals who wish to donate will be gratefully acknowledged. Donations
of any size are welcomed. Your support is greatly appreciated. The Parkland
