Consumer Complaints

The Broward County Consumer Affairs Division enforces the Broward County Consumer Protection Code which prohibits unfair and deceptive trade practices by businesses. If any resident has a problem with a merchant, whether located in Broward County or elsewhere, we encourage that resident to file a complaint with their office.
