State Road 7 Charrette Presentation

The City of Parkland in conjunction with the Cities of Coral Springs and Coconut Creek and the State Road 7 Collaborative held a successful Charette on Saturday December 5, 2005. At the Charette designers from the South Florida Regional Planning Council met with approximately thirty residents to discuss and provide a vision for State Road 7. For an entire week the designers utilized the information received from the Charette to create the vision of the State Road 7 corridor. On Friday December 9, 2005, the designers presented their results to a crowd of approximately twenty people including elected officials from the City of Parkland and the City of Coral Springs.
