As a courtesy and in the interest
of keeping you updated on Advanced Cable Communications’ news and
developments related to our product offerings, we are notifying you of
the following upcoming changes.
Effective April 1, 2008, we
will add four new high-definition channels to our HD Pak. These new channels
include Discovery HD, Animal Planet HD, TLC (Learning Channel) HD and
The Science Channel HD. These additions bring the total number of channels
offered in HD to 27. We understand the popularity of HDTV sets and will
continue to fortify our HD channel lineup as quality HD programming becomes
available and our bandwidth allows.
Effective May 1, 2008, the
monthly charge of $ 44.95 for Preferred Internet Service will be adjusted
to
$ 47.95. The monthly charge of $ 39.95 for Preferred Internet service
bundled in our VIP Pak will be adjusted to $ 42.95. Our VIP Pak includes
Digital Plus Cable, HBO, Cinemax, Showtime MV Pak, Starz Super Pak and
Preferred Internet at a bundled savings of over $ 500.00 per year. We
will be providing notice to Advanced Cable Internet subscribers in Country
Acres with their next bill.
Advanced Cable provides the
best customer experience in high-speed Internet service. We are continually
upgrading our infrastructure and enhancing features of our service. We
recently increased the number of email accounts available with our residential
service.
We are looking forward to launching
Advanced Phone service later this year. Advance Phone will offer an economical
alternative to traditional phone service providing unlimited local and
long distance calling for one flat monthly charge. Plans and preparations,
including infrastructure upgrades, are well underway.
Celebrating 30 Years! In April,
we’ll begin celebrating 30 years of providing cable services in
South Florida. When we began service, there were approximately twenty-six
cable companies serving the tri-county area. Today there are only three,
and Advanced Cable is proud to be one of them. We are the only company
who remains under the same ownership since we began.
