Parkland Library Author Showcase

On Sunday, October 28th The Parkland Library hosted its 2nd Annual Author Showacse at the library. A panel of 11 local and national authors spoke about their books, followed by a meet and greet, where the audience had the opportunity to talk with the authors and purchase autographed books. Fiction, short stories, memoirs, romance, murder mystery, non fiction and children’s books were some of the exciting categories represented.

Authors included: Eric Lament (A Gift from the Enemy); Linda Conrad (Shadow Whispers); Charles Pero (The Maze Murderer); Todd McFliker (All You Need is Love to Dismantle the Atomic Bomb-How the Beatles and U2 Changed the World); Rayna Harris (Tales from Below the Frostline); Janet Bond Brill (Cholesterol Down); Fred Gilliam (Going Down the Road); Christin Griskie (The Golden Soldier Book Series); Michael Patrick O’Neil (Ocean Magic and Shark Encounters); Mindi Rudan (Men: The Handbook: How to Meet a Man, How to Marry a Man, How to Mature With a Man).
