NEW - eREF: Electronic Reference Service

eREF is the Parkland Library’s Email Reference Service. You can use eREF to receive brief answers to specific questions. Questions will remain confidential; however, you should be aware that email is not a secure means of communication. All questions submitted are forwarded to one of our Reference Librarians and are answered in the order they are received during business hours:

• Monday, Friday & Saturday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Sunday – Closed.
