The
City of Parkland is dedicated to the goals of competition and fairness.
Our goal is to ensure that the Citizens of Parkland receive the optimum
value for every expenditure. Towards that goal, we encourage all vendors
to participate in doing business with the City of Parkland.
The City utilizes
the services of DemandStar
by Onvia for our vendor registration and to maintain our vendor database.
DemandStar.com categorizes each vendor by commodity codes for the specific
goods or services offered by the vendor. Businesses who have subscribed
to DemandStar are notified by fax or e-mail whenever the City requests
a quotation or has issued a formal Solicitation for the commodity or
service offered by the vendor. Registration with DemandStar is not required
to submit an Offer. The City also advertises our Solicitations opportunities
in the Sun Sentinel.
Registration with
DemandStar.Com is optional, at the sole discretion of the vendor. Vendors
may register online to receive solicitations by clicking
here
or by contacting DemandStar.com and requesting a faxed registration
form at (1800) 711-1712. DemandStar does charge a nominal fee for annual
membership. Subscribing to DemandStar.com's services is not required
to obtain copies of the City's Solicitations.

Important
Information For New Vendors (READ):
(1)
New vendors must provide Form W-9 that provides the City with Federal
Tax Identification Numbers and other important information. You can
download the form and instructions by clicking on the link below:
(2) Vendors
must mail original invoices to the Finance Department to assure timely
payments. The City of Parkland will not pay bills based on statements
or duplicates of original invoices. For additional information please
