John A. Willis Elected As Parkland District 1 Commissioner

John A. Willis was elected as Parkland's District 1 City Commissioner in the Special Election held on January 31, 2012. Mr. Willis received 1,457 votes which equated to 54.65% of the votes. Commissioner Elect Willis will be sworn in on February 15th.
