A: New Single Family Residences, free-standing out-buildings, commercial buildings, and certain other projects are subject to review by DPEP. Your plans must be stamped, and you must supply both the white and pink copies of the DPEP Form when submitting for permit. [Back To Top]

A: In our Pinetree Estates and Ranches Subdivisions, permitting for a Private (Potable) Water System and Septic Tank & Drainfield System is under the jurisdiction of the Health Department.
