Terramar Park Phase II

The City of Parkland will conduct a public meeting to discuss capital improvements for Terramar Park Phase II.  The sole purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a $200,000 application for a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant to help finance improvements at the park.  The meeting will be conducted at the following date, time and location:

If you or your children have participated in the City’s Baseball, Flag Football, Soccer, or Tennis programs then chances are you have enjoyed the beautiful setting within this 50.1 acre park.

In addition to four (4) multi-purpose sports fields, five (5) basketball courts, four (4) baseball field, two (2) softball fields, and two (2) pickleball courts, Terramar Park has over 1.17 miles of paved biking, walking, and jogging paths and an open space area where you’ll find your neighbors throwing a Frisbee or enjoying a family picnic on the lawn.  Terramar Park also features three playgrounds for children of all ages and a pavilion for rental.  Many special events are held at Terramar Park throughout the course of the year including the annual egg hunt.

Terramar Park is the location of the City of Parkland No Limits Playground.  This playground opened in May 2010 and was designed specifically for children with special needs to provide both physical and social development, and to foster combined play with children of all abilities.
